The need for more effective communication at Vittra
At Vittra, a growing need to streamline communication was identified. “In our quest to convey information in a clear and accessible manner, we realized that traditional methods were no longer sufficient,” shares educator Robin Propst. This was especially true for quickly conveying daily messages, such as meal menus and details about school events.
Digital info screens as the solution
The solution came in the form of PLAYipp and digital information screens. Two screens were installed in key areas – one in the cafeteria and one in the high school area. Propst explains enthusiastically: “With PLAYipp’s solution, we have found the perfect balance. The screens are user-friendly and offer us the flexibility we need to quickly update and tailor our content.”
Positive effects of digital screens at Vittra
The implementation of these screen solutions has had a profound impact. “It’s great to see how the screens have become an integrated part of our school day. They have not only improved the way we communicate but also increased student participation,” Propst says. He also notes a noticeable improvement in how students absorb information and engage in school activities.

Next steps for Vittra and their digital screens
The school hopes to expand the use of digital screens to create an even more interactive and student-focused environment. The plan is to include students’ own projects in the content displayed on the screens, which is expected to further increase their engagement and participation.
