PLAYipp Rooms is a meeting room booking and display solution. Screens outside each room show live availability, current bookings, and upcoming meetings. Everything syncs with Microsoft or Google Calendar automatically.

Do we need to replace our existing calendar system?

No. PLAYipp Rooms connects to Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. Your team keeps booking rooms the way they already do. The screens just reflect it in real time.

Can we book directly on the screen?

Yes. If you choose a touch-enabled display, anyone can walk up and book the room on the spot, without opening a phone or laptop.

How long does it take to set up?

Most teams are up and running within a day. And once you’re live, our support team is always available via email, phone, and chat at no extra cost.

What screens do you recommend?

We recommend Philips and Samsung models purpose-built for room booking, with features like LED status indicators and PoE. See the full hardware list above or speak to our team.

What does it cost?

PLAYipp Rooms is licensed per screen per month, starting from 14 EUR on a 36-month plan. Hardware and installation are not included. No hidden fees.
