What is a PLAYipp Onboarding?

Onboarding with us is more than just training.
At PLAYipp, the purpose of onboarding is to provide an optimal start and build an understanding of how PLAYipp can serve as a central solution for your communication needs via digital information screens.

How does onboarding work?

Kick-off meeting
We identify your needs and train your administrator in how to work with your PLAYipp account and screen structure, layout, and permissions. During this stage of onboarding, we focus on setting up a new account in PLAYipp. We guide you through creating layouts and screen structures, and we share best practices for managing permission levels effectively.

Sync with administrators
To get the most out of this second meeting, we recommend preparing in advance by setting up your screen structure and user permissions. Together, we review your setup to ensure everything is correctly configured and answer any questions ahead of the next training step.

Training
The organization’s administrator decides who should participate in the general PLAYipp training. During the third session, we focus on how to publish content, such as images and videos, to your screens. We also review how to use QUICKnotes, enabling you to create content with text and images directly in PLAYipp. You’ll learn how to create and reuse QUICKnote templates, as well as how to set up integrations.

Follow-up
(Approximately 4 weeks after training)
Ongoing support and follow-up are offered through the Customer Success team. Please make sure to provide a correct email address so you don’t miss important updates.
