Less clicking, more communicating
You have a lot on your plate. News to share, content to update, colleagues waiting for information. You need the tools you use to keep up with your pace.
We’ve listened to our customers feedback and rebuilt screen management from the ground up.
The result? A completely new interface that makes it even easier to keep track of all your screens, whether you’re responsible for five or five hundred.
“We want you to be able to focus on what really matters: communicating with your audience. Not on navigating a system.”

A simpler overview and better structure
Previously, screen management features were scattered across different places in the menu. Now we’ve gathered everything in a new view called Screens.
Here you’ll find status, layout, settings and playlist for all your screens. Everything you need, directly accessible without having to search.
Need to find a specific screen? Search by name, address or ID and you’re there in seconds. Filter by status to see which screens are online or offline. Simple and fast.

Work the way that suits you
We know everyone works differently. Some prefer structure and want to see their screens organized by locations and departments. Others want a complete overview where all information is visible at once.
That’s why you can switch between two views:
Tree view shows your screens in a hierarchical structure. Perfect if you have screens in multiple locations and want to see how they’re organized. Reception under Gävle office, lunch room under Sandviken office, and so on.
List view gives you a table overview with all information visible simultaneously. Name, address, status, layout and screen ID. You see immediately what’s happening and can sort by what’s most important to you right now.

Export and customize to your needs
Need to export a list of all screens? With the new export function you can easily get the information out. You can also customize which columns are shown in list view so you see exactly what’s relevant to you.
A more modern PLAYipp
The new interface isn’t just smarter, it looks better too. We’ve worked on the design to make the experience more modern and professional. Clearer typography, cleaner layout and better contrasts make it easier to quickly find what you’re looking for.
This is just the beginning
We continue to develop PLAYipp based on our users wishes and needs.
Do you have thoughts about the new interface? Is something missing? Or do you have ideas on how we can make it even better? Click the feedback button in the top right corner in PLAYipp and tell us what you think.
Your feedback makes a real difference in how we prioritize and develop the platform going forward. We look forward to hearing from you!
Common questions about our improved digital signage interface
What’s new?
We’ve rebuilt screen management from the ground up. Now we gather all screen management features in a new view called Screens. Previously, features were scattered across different places in the menu, now you’ll find everything in one place.
What can I do in the new view?
You can see status, layout, settings and playlist for all your screens. You can search by name, address or ID, filter by status, switch between tree view and list view, export screen lists and customize which columns are displayed.
What’s the difference between tree view and list view?
Tree view shows your screens in a hierarchical structure, organized by locations and departments. List view gives you a table overview where all information is displayed simultaneously. You can easily switch between the views depending on what suits you best right now.
Are any features disappearing?
No, all the functionality you’re used to is still there. It’s just easier to find now. Management of individual screens moves to the new Screens view, while group management will remain under Screen Groups for now.
