Frequently asked questions about Happeo and digital signage
How does the integration work?
Posts published in your selected Happeo channels appear on your digital screens automatically. The content syncs in real time, no manual upload needed.
What content can I display?
Posts from any Happeo channel your API key can access. You can choose to show only announcements, only pinned posts, or all published posts from a channel.
Can I control how content looks on screen?
Yes. Text and images come from Happeo, but the design is fully managed in PLAYipp. Layout, colors, fonts, and placement all match your visual identity.
Does it work across multiple offices and languages?
Yes. Display local Happeo channels on local screens and company-wide channels everywhere. Multilingual content from Happeo displays as published.
What do I need to set it up?
A Happeo API key with read access to the channels you want to display. Only an administrator in Happeo can create the key. Posts must be in the Published state, drafts don’t show.
