PLAYipp is improving the interface and focusing on the user experience. In this article, we walk through each part of the updates that PLAYipp is making to implement these improvements.
This time we focus on user permissions, which are important for users to share and communicate the right information at the right time. We are proud to now be able to offer a simplification without losing any functionality.

Questions and answers
If you have any questions about this – please reach out to us and we will do our best to answer your questions. These are some of our most frequently asked questions and answers:
Question: We have rights set the old way. What happens to them after the update? Do we need to do something?
Answer: All rights that users had will be converted to corresponding rights with the update and you do not need to do anything to convert them. In some cases with older functions such as information feeds and target numbers, you will get access to all of that functions type instead of a specific .
Question: We have many employees who would need users in PLAYipp®. How many users can we invite?
Answer: As many as you want! PLAYipp® has no limit to how many users and administrators can be on an account.
Question: Can PLAYipp add users for me as a customer?
Answer: Unfortunately not, because we have no way of verifying that the person who contacts us to be added to your account – actually works for you. So for security reasons we answer no to that question.
Question: When will the updates go live?
Answer: We will release this update during week 15.
