Good to Know
A smart feature with Staffbase is that posts available in multiple languages are automatically sorted into separate feeds. For example, English posts go into the feed “My feed – en_GB,” and Swedish posts into “My feed – sv_SE.” This ensures that the correct language is displayed on the appropriate screens, making communication more relevant to different employees.
It’s important to remember that as the customer, you are responsible for translating the content in Staffbase. PLAYipp does not translate posts but displays the content that has already been translated and uploaded in each language version in Staffbase.
What do I need to connect PLAYipp with Staffbase?
To connect Staffbase with PLAYipp, you’ll need an API token from Staffbase. The access on your API token must be read-only. To create this token, you need to be an admin in Staffbase!
