Jag tror mig veta en hel del om vad det beror p\u00e5. Det \u00e4r en \u00e4ra att skriva n\u00e5gra kr\u00f6nikor i samarbete med PLAYipp om det omr\u00e5de jag, Anna Almberg, kommit att \u00e4gna hela mitt yrkesliv: Intern kommunikation.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"block-line-wrapper\"><div class=\"w-100 line\" style=\"background-color: #ffffff;\"><\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left\" id=\"h-jag-inleder-med-en-definition-vad-ar-intern-kommunikation-egentligen\">Jag inleder med en definition, vad \u00e4r intern kommunikation egentligen?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left is-style-largep\"><em>\u201dIntern kommunikation \u00e4r all kommunikation som sker inom en organisation som \u00e4r f\u00f6renade f\u00f6r att uppn\u00e5 gemensamma m\u00e5l.&nbsp; Syftet med intern kommunikation \u00e4r att skapa en gemensam riktning och handlingskraft, beslut och prioriteringar ska bli till action. Resultatet av riktigt bra intern kommunikation \u00e4r arbetsgl\u00e4dje, engagemang, ambassad\u00f6rskap och starka varum\u00e4rken. En fungerande insida m\u00e4rks p\u00e5 utsidan\u201d <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left is-style-largep\">S\u00e5 med det sagt, intern kommunikation spelar roll p\u00e5 riktigt, det \u00e4r grunden f\u00f6r trivsel, mening och gemenskap. Kort sagt \u00e4r det hur viktigt som helst. Efter att ha varit runt p\u00e5 hundratals arbetsplatser i snart tv\u00e5 decennier s\u00e5 undrar jag fortfarande: varf\u00f6r \u00e4r det inte mer prioriterat?<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"block-line-wrapper\"><div class=\"w-100 line\" style=\"background-color: #ffffff;\"><\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left\" id=\"h-varumarken-avgors-allra-mest-av-de-medarbetare-som-bar-upp-det\">Varum\u00e4rken avg\u00f6rs allra mest av de medarbetare som b\u00e4r upp det<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-largep\">Engagerade medarbetarna har en \u201dt\u00e4nd\u201d skylt i pannan som visar att de k\u00e4nner stolthet \u00f6ver att representera er verksamhet. Intern kommunikation och extern kommunikation \u00e4r t\u00e4tt sammankopplade eftersom den yttre bilden byggs inifr\u00e5n. Just d\u00e4rf\u00f6r \u00e4r det viktigare \u00e4n n\u00e5gonsin att fokusera p\u00e5 medarbetarna, s\u00e5 att de \u00e4r involverade och stolta. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-largep\">Ett varum\u00e4rke \u00e4r inte vad <em>du<\/em> s\u00e4ger att det \u00e4r. Det \u00e4r vad <em>kunderna <\/em>s\u00e4ger att det \u00e4r. Det \u00e4r kunder och omv\u00e4rlden som definierar er, utifr\u00e5n vad ni utstr\u00e5lar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-largep\">I varje medarbetare finns en m\u00f6jlig ambassad\u00f6r f\u00f6r hela varum\u00e4rket och allt avg\u00f6rs i \u201dsanningens \u00f6gonblick\u201d. Vad ber\u00e4ttar varje enskild medarbetare om er som arbetsgivare? Ett starkt f\u00f6rtroende byggs lika mycket genom medarbetarnas bem\u00f6tande som av andra mer medvetna kommunikationsinsatser. Medarbetare som agerar utifr\u00e5n ert varum\u00e4rke och lever upp till dess l\u00f6ften st\u00e4rker det genom sina handlingar, varje dag. Har ni utgett er f\u00f6r att vara kundfokuserade s\u00e5 g\u00e4ller det att medarbetaren g\u00f6r kunden n\u00f6jd. Att bygga upp en human kommunikativ organisation \u00e4r ingen quick-fix. Att prioritera intern kommunikation \u00e4r en ryggrad i verksamheten som hela organisationen beh\u00f6ver prioritera \u00f6ver tid. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-largep\">Det r\u00e4cker inte med att du inf\u00f6r en ny kanal eller att du en g\u00e5ng g\u00f6r en insats f\u00f6r att lyssna in medarbetarna. Varje dag beh\u00f6ver \u00e4gnas \u00e5t att f\u00e5 alla med sig i den riktning ni vill g\u00e5 och till att f\u00e5 alla att f\u00f6rst\u00e5. D\u00e4rtill, vad \u00e4r viktigare p\u00e5 jobbet \u00e4n relationer? Du som ledare beh\u00f6ver kommunicera \u00f6ppet och dela med dig av dig sj\u00e4lv, det \u00e4r f\u00f6rst n\u00e4r du b\u00e4r medarbetarnas f\u00f6rtroende som du kan leda dem. Att medarbetarna \u00e5 sin sida har en stark vi-k\u00e4nsla med sina kollegor p\u00e5 egna avdelningen och till andra avdelningar \u00e4r avg\u00f6rande f\u00f6r samarbetet. T\u00e4nk vad vi-och-dom, ryktesspridning och att prata om i st\u00e4llet f\u00f6r med varandra kostar en verksamhet i form av minskad produktivitet.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-largep\">Det finns ledningsgrupper som jag tr\u00e4ffar som uppenbart inte f\u00f6rst\u00e5r hur avg\u00f6rande det \u00e4r f\u00f6r hela verksamhetens framg\u00e5ng att kommunicera med medarbetarna. Inte bara informera, utan faktiskt lyssna i en anda av nyfikenhet och \u00f6dmjukhet och inse att vi alla oavsett roll och hierarkisk placering kan l\u00e4ra oss n\u00e5got av varandra. Kommunikation \u00e4r en synergi d\u00e4r en tanke m\u00f6ter en tanke som tillsammans blir en tredje ny tanke som ingen individuellt hade kunnat t\u00e4nka ut p\u00e5 egen hand. Den som prioriterar intern kommunikation fr\u00e4mjar en kultur d\u00e4r m\u00e4nniskor v\u00e5gar dela med sig av nya tankar och id\u00e9er och d\u00e4r faktiskt alla k\u00e4nner ett ansvar f\u00f6r verksamhetens kvalitet och utveckling.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-largep\">T\u00e4nk vad sk\u00f6nt f\u00f6r den som leder en verksamhet n\u00e4r det inte bara \u00e4r ledningsgruppen som ror b\u00e5ten fram\u00e5t \u2013 utan d\u00e4r faktiskt alla hj\u00e4lps \u00e5t. Det \u00e4r ett av m\u00e5nga v\u00e4rden som uppst\u00e5r n\u00e4r den interna kommunikationen \u00e4r p\u00e5 plats. &#8221;S\u00e5, vad v\u00e4ntar ni p\u00e5?
