Key Responsibilities

As a Product Manager at PLAYipp, you will play a critical role in guiding the development and success of our digital signage solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

Product Strategy and Vision:

• Together with the CPO and the rest of the Product&Tech team, define the product strategy and vision aligned with the company’s business objectives.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines current and future developments.

Product Development

• Work closely with the engineering and design teams to turn product intiatives into reality.
• Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation through to launch and beyond.
• Create detailed product requirements and specifications for new features and enhancements.

Market and competition

• Monitor competitive landscape to ensure PLAYipp remains at the forefront of digital signage solutions.
• Analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for new products and enhancements to existing products.

Project Management

• Create and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and support, to ensure successful product launches and marketing campaigns.

Performance Monitoring and Improvement

• Define and track key performance metrics to evaluate product success and identify areas for improvement.
• Implement feedback loops and continuous improvement processes to refine and enhance product offerings.

Users and stakeholders

• Work proactively to gather and analyze feedback from users, and to understand user needs and pain points.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all things related to the product, both internally and externally.
• Communicate product plans, status updates, and results to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
