Mens mange fokuserer p\u00e5 l\u00f8nnsforhandlinger, slutter faktisk 37% av ansatte p\u00e5 grunn av d\u00e5rlig engasjement. I Sverige er situasjonen spesielt utfordrende, med bare 24% av ansatte engasjert i arbeidet sitt.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-largep wp-block-paragraph\">Kostnaden? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-largep wp-block-paragraph\">Uengasjerte ansatte tapper 34% av l\u00f8nnsutgiftene uten \u00e5 levere den effekten de kunne. En stor synder er kommunikasjonskaos. Men hvis ansatte ikke vet hvor de skal finne hvilken informasjon, skaper det stress i stedet for klarhet. I tillegg \u00f8nsker ulike generasjoner \u00e5 motta informasjon p\u00e5 forskjellige m\u00e5ter.
